CHANGES: To change an existing appointment, please text or call (203) 714-4203 or email me.
Appointments can be rescheduled for no fee if you contact me at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Sessions may be rebooked to a new date within 3 months of your original reservation. A session may not be rescheduled more than two times.
If you need to reschedule within the 48-hour window, a $15 rescheduling processing fee may apply. Please contact me as soon as possible if this situation arises.
CANCELLATIONS: To cancel an existing appointment, please text or call (203) 714-4203 or email me.
Appointments cancelled at least 48 hours before your session will receive a full refund minus payment processing fees (typically 3-4% of the session cost).
If you cancel within the 48-hour window, your payment may not be refunded. Refunds for any reason will be for the service amount minus any and all payment processing fees.
If you cancel outside of the 48-hour policy, you will forfeit the entire session fee.
NO SHOW POLICY: NO REFUNDS will be granted for missed appointments. Please do not book and pay for an appointment if you do NOT intend to keep it.
I understand that life happens. However, if you do not show up for your appointment and you haven't contacted me beforehand to reschedule per the policies above, please understand that a refund will not be given and rescheduling fees may apply.
Not showing for an appointment affects valuable appointment time and is not fair to other clients who want an appointment.
I reserve the right NOT to offer rescheduled appointments to individuals if cancellations and no-shows persist. ONLY in this situation will a full refund be returned to the purchaser.
